Natacha’s Kitchen Ltd reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions from time to time by posting new terms and conditions on this Website.
Return Policy
Returns are at your own cost. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase. Please email natacha@natachaskitchen.co.uk to request a refund . Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. Items can not be returned if they have been opened.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us and you are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. If you are shipping a returned item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We aim to process your return within 7 working days of receipt of your returned goods. The refund will be made to the same card used to make the purchase. Please note, it may take 5-10 working days for the funds to appear in your account- this will vary from bank to bank.
Refusal of Transaction
We reserve the right to refuse any order or refuse service to anyone, for any reason at any time. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order we will attempt to contact you with the information you have provided. In using our site, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and shipping information for all purchases made at our store and that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk.
UK Shipping Only
Shipping costs will be calculated at check out. While we endeavour to send goods as promptly as possible, please be aware that it may take 2-3 days for dispatch. Please allow one week from time of ordering for goods to be received.
Out of Stock
If an item goes out of stock, we will contact you to check if you are happy to wait for the full order to be ready or whether you would prefer a refund.
Picture and Descriptions
Pictures and descriptions (where applicable) are intended to be closely representative of the goods being offered for sale. However, pictures and descriptions are subject to change without notice and therefore should not be viewed by the purchaser as an exact description of how the goods will be supplied. If an exact and up-to-date description is of the essence, then the purchaser should contact Natacha’s Kitchen Ltd, who will endeavour to furnish the information required.

First Aid and Measures
Pili Pili Chilli Paste can be hot and severe irritation may result if contact with the skin or eyes occurs
In case of eye contact, check for and remove any contact lenses. Flush eyes with plenty of warm water for 15 minutes. Get medical attention if irritation persists.
In case of skin contact, flush skin with soap and plenty of warm water.
